This Privacy Policy explains how Antarctica.co handles personal data when you use Order Order, including data received through supported messaging platforms such as Instagram and WhatsApp.

1. Information we may process

• Merchant account, store and configuration information.
• Messaging-platform identifiers, including Instagram Professional Account IDs and platform-scoped customer identifiers.
• Customer messages and order-related information customers choose to send to a merchant.
• Message metadata such as message IDs, timestamps, delivery status and media metadata.
• Operational and security logs needed to protect and troubleshoot the service.

2. How we use information

We use this information to connect merchants to supported messaging channels, process customer conversations, support ordering and fulfilment workflows, maintain relevant history, protect the service and provide support.

3. Instagram and Meta Platform Data

When a merchant connects an Instagram Professional account, Order Order may receive information permitted by the merchant and Meta, including account identifiers, messages, message metadata and platform-scoped user identifiers. We use this data only to provide merchant messaging, customer support and ordering functionality through the connected account.

4. Automated processing

Order Order may use automated tools to help understand messages or prepare suggested responses. Automated systems do not independently determine payment truth, final prices or merchant settlement.

5. Sharing and providers

We may use infrastructure and platform providers required to operate the service, including cloud hosting, database and messaging-platform providers. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.

6. Retention

We retain data only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, support merchant operations, protect security, resolve disputes and comply with applicable legal obligations. Some temporary evidence may have shorter retention periods while limited audit metadata may be retained for accountability.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to limit unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration of data.

8. Deletion requests

You may request deletion of data associated with your use of Order Order. See our Data Deletion Instructions. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute or security purposes.

9. Children

Order Order is intended for business and commerce use and is not designed as a service directed to children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the service, legal requirements or platform integrations change.
