Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Order Order, a merchant ordering and messaging service operated under Antarctica.co.

1. Service

Order Order provides tools that may help merchants receive customer messages, manage store and menu information, prepare orders and coordinate fulfilment through supported channels.

2. Merchant responsibility

Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their store information, menu, prices, availability, payment instructions, fulfilment decisions and customer communications.

3. Orders and payments

Order availability, price, payment status and fulfilment remain subject to merchant configuration and verification. Where payment requires manual verification, a customer claim or uploaded proof does not by itself establish successful payment.

4. Third-party platforms

Use of Instagram, WhatsApp or other third-party services is also subject to those platforms' terms, policies, limits and availability.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use Order Order to violate law, abuse platform access, interfere with service security, impersonate others, distribute malicious content or obtain unauthorised access to accounts or data.

6. Availability

The service may be changed, suspended or interrupted for maintenance, security, platform changes or other operational reasons.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Order Order is provided on an as-available basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves.
